Bagels for Breakfast

My brother shot a Turkey last weekend and promised the girls a feather. Since he adores my children, he gave them both wings to disassemble. A really fun project, and now we have a huge supply of feathers for crafting!

That must have been one huge turkey! I live in an urban area...my dad and little brother went out to visit my uncle in Montana a couple of months ago, and had to stop in the middle of the road because these gigantic turkeys wouldn't move. My bro: "Now that's roadkill we can use!"
We have wild turkeys that roam the back roads. You have to be careful when driving because you never know when they will decide to cross the road!

Wow, your girls rock! That's awesome that you've taught them that it's okay to do things like that...I think most little girls would be grossed out and want nothing to do with this cool project.
