I have been thinking of something to post for Mother's Day but haven't come up with anything yet. I still have 2 days right? Oh and I recently found out that my Grandparents occasionally catch my blog now that they are staying with my mom for the summer. The other night I called them to see how their flight was, and one of the first things my 91 year old grandfather told me was that he just saw me on the TV. At first I was a bit confused (I don't think I've been arrested recently) then I realized that he was talking about my Mother's laptop and my blog. Does that mean I need to clean up my language??? Anyhow, by Sunday I have to think of something to post here because I didn't send any cards or flowers this year. Sorry Mom and Grandma. Money has been a little tight but more so I hate the whole card thing. Squeeze my big shopping cart through the card aisle with all of the other children in Target trying to find the perfect card for Mom or Grandma or step-mom, or Mother-in-law or Grandmother-in-law. Forget it, the kids make something and we call it good. Maybe a glass of champagne when we see you all at the end of the month.
For now check out this video made by Ann of Anns' Rants and 2 other Wisconsin Blogger Moms. Funny stuff!

That is hilarious that he thought your blog was tv! Or did you take care of the psycho farm woman and make the evening news?
That was hysterical! Frightening and funny all at the same time...
lol. Grampa is so cute. As for mothers day...ughhh. I keep thinking it's NEXT week. I haven't gotten anything yet. Geez. You're right...money is so tight. Great. Now I have to get off the 't.v.' and go plan something. ;o)
Thanks for sharing the youtube. Too funny. I love a beer that you need two hands to pick up.
As for Mother's Day, I printing a photo of the kids and a gift certification for my mom to spend time with me for lunch and shopping.
Add to this weekend a 6 year old birthday party, the fact that my sister is having her second baby ON Mother's Day and my daughter's actual birthday is next Tuesday for which I invited family friends over, and you can pretty much see my weekend. I got my cards out of the way, now, if Mr. Wild remembers to get the kids to make me something or take me to lunch, we're good.
I can't see the video on this computer, so when I get to another one I'll check it out.
We've already had Mother's Day here in the UK. I bought mine a plant and some Garden tokens. We also took her out for lunch along with my mother in law. That was very brave I think!
Wow, a celebrity is reading my blog!!! Grampa's comment was hilarious, as was your subsequent taking stock of your permanent record.
